Milk shake with orange, honey and buttermilk

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Orange juice
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 1 TEASPOON ground pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated orange peel

Directions

    ##Bring the orange juice to the boil and reduce to about 1/3, allow to cool. Foam buttermilk, 4 tablespoons honey and orange concentrate in a mixer. Decorate glasses with remaining honey. Arrange ##Shake## in the decorated glasses. Sprinkle with ##pistachios## and decorate with orange zest
