Ingredients

  • 50 g Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2-3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 Stalk parsley
  • 100 g Chicken filet
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Asian sauce for chicken
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel and slice the onion. Wash parsley, dab dry and cut into strips except for one leaf.

    Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion slices and chicken strips for 2-3 minutes. Drain the noodles. First put tomatoes and noodles into the pan, fry for 1-2 minutes, then add asia sauce and parsley strips.

    Season the pasta pan with salt and pepper. Arrange noodle chicken pan and garnish with parsley.
