Meat skewers with banana and leek

Ingredients

  • 30 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g lean pork schnitzel
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp China Spice
  • 100 g cleaned leek (leek)
  • 50 g peeled banana
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 75 g Bean sprouts from the glass
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Curry
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Skimmed milk yoghurt

Directions

    Put rice in 90 ml boiling salted water and let it swell at low heat for about 20 minutes. Wash cutlets, dab dry and put them on a skewer. Mix 1 teaspoon of oil and China spice. Brush the meat with it and let it stand. Wash the leek and cut into slices. Cut banana into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Fry the leek and bean sprouts in the remaining oil.

    Add curry, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of water. Steam covered for about 5 minutes. Fry the meat skewer in a coated pan until golden brown all around. Heat the banana in the vegetables. Serve. Put yoghurt on the vegetables
