Ingredients

  • 5 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 kg colourful peppers
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 4 leaves Pfücksalat

Directions

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and honey. Add the oil drop by drop. Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Clean, wash and slice the spring onions. Drain the corn on a sieve.

    Marinate vegetables with vinaigrette for about 30 minutes. Wash the salad, shake dry. Arrange pusztasalad on salad leaves. Bread tastes good with it
