Pasta with salmon-cheese sauce (diet)

Ingredients

  • 70 g Wholemeal noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 30 g Leek (leek; cleaned)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Flour
  • 50 g light cream for cooking
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g Salmon fillet without skin
  • 1 stalk of dill
  • 3 g sliced parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash leek, cut into rings and cook in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Stir flour and cooking cream until smooth. Stir the flour-cream into the stock, bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

    Season sauce with salt and pepper. Remove leek from the water. Wash salmon, dab dry and cut into cubes. Add the salmon cubes to the sauce and cook over a low heat for about 3 minutes.

    Wash the dill, dab dry and chop finely except for a flag and add to the sauce. Drain the pasta. Mix the noodles and leek and serve with the salmon sauce. Sprinkle pasta with parmesan slices and garnish with dill.
