Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 TABLESPOON Caramel spread (for example from Bonne Maman)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS roughly chopped pecans
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chocolate drops
  • 120 ml Milk
  • 40 g crunchy oats

Directions

  1. 1

Place the oat flakes in a glass (approx. 500 ml each). Pour milk over it and top with chocolate drops, pecan nuts and caramel spread.

  2. 2

Breakfast on hand? Mix twice the amount and enjoy it the day after tomorrow.

  3. 3

More time in the morning? Of course, our recipes can also be prepared super in the morning. To do this, simply heat twice the amount of the desired liquid in a pot, add flakes, bring to the boil and allow to swell for approx. 10 minutes. Arrange with the remaining ingredients and serve.

  4. 4

You like vegan? Animal-free alternative? Simply replace milk and yoghurt with coconut, almond or oat milk or soy yoghurt.

  5. 5

Just by the way: 40 g of oat flakes correspond to approx. 4 tablespoons. And if there is no measuring cup at hand, it is sufficient to cover the oat flakes with liquid for about a finger's breadth.

  6. 6

Nuts and dried fruit can be varied as desired.

  7. 7

Citrus fruits are best added in the morning shortly before consumption as a topping, otherwise they will curdle milk and yoghurt.
