  • 75 g Protein powder
  • 2 TABLESPOONS gluten-free delicate oat flakes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut flake
  • 1 TEASPOON Tartrate baking powder
  • 2 overripe bananas
  • 1 TABLESPOON molten coconut oil
  • 50 ml Buttermilk
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

    Mix protein powder, oat flakes, grated coconut and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Peel the bananas and crush them with a fork. Whisk with coconut oil, buttermilk and eggs. To

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry about 12 pancakes in total for about 3 minutes at medium heat, turning once. Serve with fruit and yoghurt as desired.
