Ingredients

  • 200 g "Multigrain Flakes" (e.g. from Kölln)
  • 50 g flaked almonds
  • 60 g Coconut chips
  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 1 TEASPOON ground ginger
  • 150 ml Maple syrup
  • 150 g dried berry mixture

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 140 °C/circulating air: 120 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line baking tray with baking paper.

    Put flakes, flaked almonds and coconut chips in a bowl. Add orange zest, ginger and maple syrup and mix well.

    Spread on the sheet. Roast in a hot oven for about 50 minutes, stirring several times. Mix in the berries. Let granola cool down.

    Pack the finished muesli in airtight jars or storage tins. This way it stays crunchy longer and keeps for at least 4 weeks
