  • 200 g Blueberries
  • 20 g Chia seeds
  • 3 TSP Date Syrup

Directions

    Wash 200 g blueberries and puree finely with a hand blender. Stir in 20 g chia seeds and 3 tsp. date syrup. Leave to swell in the fridge for at least 1 hour and stir again before decanting. Pour the spread into a prepared twist-off glass and close the glass.
