Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. Bring milk to the boil, stir in muesli and simmer for 1-2 minutes while stirring. Remove from the heat, stir in half of the carrots and let it swell for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, chop the figs into small pieces. Wash, quarter, core and slice or cut the apple into thin slices. Fill porridge into bowls. Arrange the apple, figs, pistachios and the rest of the carrots on top. Serve immediately.
