Defrost blueberries and raspberries in the refrigerator overnight. Coarsely chop the walnuts, roast them with linseed in a pan without fat. Let them cool down.
Peel, quarter and slice the mandarin orange. Mix yoghurt, honey and berries.
Cut the papayas in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Spread yoghurt and tangerine in the papaya halves. Sprinkle with walnut mixture and quinoa. Serve immediately.
TIP: Haste makes waste - The enzymes of raw papaya make the yoghurt bitter after a short time. Therefore enjoy freshly prepared.
