Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g frozen berry mix
  • 100 g Almonds (with skin)
  • 1 Orange
  • 4 Kiwis
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 4-6 Tbsp Almond milk
  • 1 Apples (e.g. Braeburn)

Directions

    Let the berries thaw for about 15 minutes. Roast the almonds in a pan without fat for about 4 minutes. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Coarsely dice the flesh. Peel kiwis and cut out balls with a ball cutter. Cut pomegranate into large pieces, remove seeds. Approx. 1⁄4 Set pomegranate seeds and some raspberries from the berry mix aside.

    Peel the bananas and break them into pieces. Puree the bananas with milk, the remaining pomegranate seeds, kiwi pulp and remaining berries in a blender until creamy.

    Roughly chop the almonds. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Arrange smoothie in bowls. Spread the rest of the fruit and almonds on top.
