BBQ sausage sandwich

As a reward for the Monday over, there will be BBQ sausages tonight. The spicy crackers first go into the ciabatta bread and then straight into your hand.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 300 g Grilled sausages
  • 4-6 Tbsp Barbecue sauce
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/4 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Ciabatta bread (approx. 300 g each)

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into thin rings. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the sausages for about 5 minutes. Take them out and fry the onions in the frying fat for about 3 minutes. Cut the sausages into slices. Add barbecue sauce and sausages to the onions and bring to the boil.

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into rings. Clean, wash, shake dry and pluck the salad into large pieces. Quarter the ciabatta and cut it in half horizontally. Cover the lower bread halves with salad, sausage-onion sauce and paprika. Put the bread lid on top.
