Clean, wash and roughly dice the peppers. Peel and chop the onions. Cut the sausage into slices. Wash the meat, dab dry and dice.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for about 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. After about 3 minutes add onions, paprika and chorizo. Sprinkle with paprika powder and deglaze with broth. Add rice, bring to the boil and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Wash parsley, shake dry, cut and chop leaves from the stalks. Arrange and sprinkle with parsley.
