Peel 1 piece (approx. 10 g) of ginger and cut into slices. Bring to the boil briefly with 400 ml (1 tin) unsweetened coconut milk, 800 ml milk and 2 teaspoons turmeric in a pot and let it simmer at low heat for about 10 minutes. Sweeten with 2-3 tbsp. honey, pour through a sieve, fill into four glasses (each approx. 300 ml) and serve immediately.
