  • 5 Onions
  • 150 g Candy crumbs

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Layer rings alternately with approx. crumb candy in a glass (approx. 500 ml). Leave in a cool place for about 1 day until juice is formed. Take the juice by the teaspoonful. Keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week.

    Helps therefore: sulphur substances and essential oils in the onion dissolve the mucus and stop inflammation.
