  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 Msp. Aniseed
  • 1 piece(s) Organic orange peel
  • 1/4 litre Elderberry juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Honey

Directions

    Put cloves, aniseed and 1 small piece of organic orange peel in a tea filter, tie up. Heat elderberry juice, orange juice and the spices (do not boil). Leave to infuse for about 5 minutes. Remove spices. Sweeten with honey to taste.

    Therefore helps: elderberry has a sudorific, antibacterial and expectorant effect. Together with spices that clear the respiratory tract, it ensures a restful night's sleep.
