Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 12 Glass/glasses (à approx. 300 ml)
  • 12 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 12 TABLESPOONS instant coffee
  • 150 ml cool water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Water

Directions

    Mix 12 tbsp. sugar and 12 tbsp. soluble coffee powder in a bowl. Stir in 150 ml cold water.

    Stir everything with the whisks of the mixer for 8-10 minutes until frothy. Pour the crushed ice into twelve glasses. Pour coffee foam on top, fill up with cold milk or cold water. Serve immediately.
