Remove the crusts from toast, soak the slices in water and squeeze them out. Knead minced meat, 3 tablespoons ketchup, egg, salt, pepper, paprika and squeezed slices of toast. Form minced meat into 12 burgers (approx. 5 cm Ø).
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry burgers on both sides for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into 6 slices each. Wash parsley, dab dry and pluck leaves from the stalks.
Clean the iceberg lettuce, cut into fine strips and wash. Cut the rolls in half. Cover the lower half of the roll with lettuce, cheese, tomato, 1 teaspoon ketchup, a burger, some parsley leaves and pepperoni.
Finish with the top half of the roll.
