Ingredients

  • 500 g Onions
  • 3 (1062 ml) Corncob or 1 can
  • 5 Pork loin chops and pork carbonades (approx. 175 -200 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3/8-1/2 l clear broth (instant)
  • 1 (0,33 l) bottle of dark beer
  • 3-4 Bay leaves
  • 2 stem(s) flat leaf parsley

Directions

    Onions peel and cut into slices. Clean and wash the corncobs (drain canned corn and cut into thick slices. Wash the meat and dab dry. Season strongly with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a roaster. Fry the meat in it in portions on each side for about 2 minutes. Take out.

    Fry the corn and onions in the frying fat for 2-3 minutes. Add Fleusch again. Add stock and beer, bring to the boil. Add bay leaf. Cover on the stove or open in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) and braise for 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours. Wash parsley, chop coarsely and sprinkle on top
