Clean, wash and cut the cauliflower into florets. Clean and wash the mangetouts and possibly cut them in half at an angle. Cook cauliflower in little boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes. After 4-6 minutes, add mangetouts and cook with the cauliflower.
Quench cold and let it drip off. Meanwhile clean and wash spring onions and cut them diagonally into thin rings. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and mustard. Season with curry, salt and pepper.
Mix the vegetables with the salad dressing and arrange on a plate. Garnish as desired with parsley, lemon and curry.
