  • 100 g Bacon
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 12 wooden skewers

Directions

  1. 1

  2. 2

Cut the pork escalope into cubes. Wash and clean the peppers and cut them into pieces about the same size as the meat. Peel onions and cut into slices. Spike meat, paprika and onions alternately on 6 skewers and season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the skewers on both sides. Remove from the pan and place on a baking tray. Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and dice. Clean, quarter and cut the pineapple into pieces.

  4. 4

Put bacon in a pan and fry lightly on both sides (not crisp). Cut strips into 3 pieces. Put chicken cubes, pineapple and bacon alternately on 6 skewers and season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Brown the skewers and put them on the baking tray. Cook the skewers in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 5 minutes.

  6. 6

Peel the garlic clove, chop finely and stir into the mayonnaise.
