Ingredients

  • 375 g Tomatoes
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried crushed chili

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely dice the tomatoes. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix prepared ingredients and oil. Season with salt and chilli.

    Leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Season to taste again and serve.
