Chicken terriyaki skewers

  • 500 g Chicken filets
  • 100 ml Terriyaki sauce
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS shelled sesame
  • 12 Wooden shashlik skewers

Directions

    Wash the chicken fillets, dab dry and cut into small cubes weighing approx. 10 g. Put 4 cubes on a skewer and place them in a flat bowl. Drizzle the skewers with Terriyaki sauce and let them marinate for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle chicken skewers with sesame seeds if necessary and place them on the preheated grill (level 10). Fry for 9-10 minutes while turning
