Ingredients

  • 250 g Tomatoes (about 4 pieces)
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard seeds
  • 75 g demerara sugar
  • 150 ml Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili

    Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes. Peel and chop the onions. Carve the chilli lengthwise, remove seeds and chop finely. Mix prepared ingredients, mustard seeds, brown sugar and vinegar. Season with salt and let it boil down for about 20 minutes at high heat. Stir at intervals. Serve garnished with chilli
