Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 1 red and orange pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Asian chili sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olive and cucumber strips

Directions

    Wash, quarter, clean and cut the peppers into small cubes. Cucumber wash, clean and finely dice. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown, take them out. Mix vegetable cubes, pine nuts, chilli sauce, oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into a small bowl. Garnish with olive and cucumber strips
