Ingredients

  • 1 giant cucumber
  • 100 g Pumpkin (from the glass)
  • 2 red onions
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Pumpkin seeds
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Clean and wash the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise. Cut each half into 8 diagonal pieces and hollow them out slightly. For the filling, drain the pumpkin, then cut into small sticks.

    Peel and finely chop the onions. Mix pumpkin, onions, coarsely chopped pumpkin seeds and quark. Season with salt and pepper and spread on the cucumber pieces.
