Carefully peel the figs and put a fig quarter aside for garnishing. Crush figs with a fork. Wash the dill, dab dry and set aside some dill for garnishing. Finely chop the rest of the dill. Add honey, mustard and dill to the figs and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into a small bowl and garnish with the fig quarters and dill
