Wash and clean the arugula and drain well. Peel and roughly chop the garlic. Finely puree half the rocket, garlic and milk with a hand blender. Put a few leaves of the remaining rocket aside for garnishing.
Roughly chop the rest of the arugula.
Mix the rocket puree, cream cheese and sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in chopped rocket. Arrange cream and garnish with rocket leaves.
