Orange Tapenade

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 Glasses (370 ml each) black olives (without stone; e.g. Kalamata)
  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 150 g Almond slivers
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Drain the olives. Wash orange hot, dab dry. Finely grate the peel. Squeeze the orange. Peel garlic. Chop finely with olives and almonds in portions in the universal chopper, mixing in oil.

    Stir in orange peel and approx. 3 tablespoons of juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
