Shrimps, except for the tail fin, peel and wash. Pluck sage leaves. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Heat the oil. Fry the shrimps for about 3 minutes, add garlic.
Season with salt and pepper. Briefly fry sage in the frying fat until crispy. Fill the kroepoek with chutney, spread shrimps and sage on top. Garnish with strawberry slices.
