  • 2 can(s) (à 200 g) Tuna in own juice
  • 3 TSP Capers (glass)
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and egg slices

Directions

    Drain the tuna. Puree the tuna, 2 teaspoons of capers and cream cheese with the cutting stick of the hand mixer not too finely. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the paté into a bowl and put in a cool place.

    Garnish tuna paté with 1 teaspoon of capers, parsley and slices of egg. Baguette tastes good with it.
