Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Walnut kernels
  • 100 g small onions
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 250-300 g Grapes (e.g. green and blue)
  • 1/2-1 Rocket salad
  • 1 Frisée salad
  • 1 Radicchio salad
  • 150-200 g Rock salad
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. raspberry vinegar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. walnut oil)

Directions

    Chop nuts. Peel and finely chop the onions. Clean and wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Wash, halve and seed the grapes. Clean, wash, drain and pluck the salads smaller.

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and add oil. Fold in onions and nuts. Mix with lettuce, grapes and mushrooms.
