  • 350 g Tomatoes
  • 125 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Nettle Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Herbal salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes and mushrooms. Cut cheese into slices as well. Put some tomato and mushroom slices in a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cover each with a slice of cheese and bake under the raclette grill until the cheese has melted
