Bread pralines with feta cheese filling

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 1 glass (340 g) grilled peppers in brine
  • 1 package (180 g) Sheep's cheese light
  • 4 discs Protein bread (approx. 40 g each)
  • 12 (à 10 g) thin slices of cottage ham
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON + 1 tsp olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the parsley and pluck the leaves. Set some aside for the salsa. Drain the peppers. Put 100 g of paprika aside for the salsa. Cut the feta cheese, bread and paprika into 24 rectangles of equal size (approx. 1.5 x 6 cm). Cover bread with cheese, parsley and paprika. Cut the ham in half lengthwise and wrap the bread pieces in 1/2 slice each

    For the salsa, wash and quarter the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice the flesh. Dice the rest of the peppers as well. Chop parsley finely. Mix parsley, tomatoes and peppers with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tsp.
