Wash the parsley and pluck the leaves. Set some aside for the salsa. Drain the peppers. Put 100 g of paprika aside for the salsa. Cut the feta cheese, bread and paprika into 24 rectangles of equal size (approx. 1.5 x 6 cm). Cover bread with cheese, parsley and paprika.
