  • 5 Stem(s) curly parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 400 g Egg spaetzle (refrigerated shelf)
  • 100 g Roasted onions
  • 200 g grated Emmental cheese

Directions

    Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Heat butter in a pan and fry spaetzle for about 3 minutes. Add fried onions and fry briefly. Spread the spaetzle in the pans, add cheese. Bake under the hot raclette grill for approx. 5 minutes
