Cut the meat into strips. Stir soy sauce and starch until smooth, mix with the meat. Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Peel or clean and wash the vegetables and cut them into sticks. Peel and chop garlic. Peel onion, cut into strips.
Roast the sesame seeds in a wok (or a pan) without fat, remove. Fry vegetables, onion and garlic in hot oil for about 3 minutes, remove. Fry the meat in portions in the frying fat. Mix in vegetables, noodles, hoisin sauce and approx. 5 tbsp. water, continue frying for approx. 5 minutes. Wash and pluck the coriander, sprinkle with sesame seeds over the wok.
