Drain the bamboo. Peel, wash and cut carrots into sticks. Clean and pluck mushrooms. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them diagonally into rings. Peel ginger and garlic, chop finely.
Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly, season with salt and pepper and remove. Fry vegetables, mushrooms, spring onions, ginger and garlic in the frying fat for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with 1⁄8 l water and 6 tbsp. Teriyaki sauce, bring to the boil. Add Sambal Oelek and minced meat, simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste, arrange.
