Wholemeal bagel with salmon and dried tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Radish sprouts
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 125 g Graved salmon in slices
  • 4 Wholemeal bagel (100 g each)
  • 100 g granular cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the sprouts and drain well. Drain tomatoes and let them drain. Pluck salmon roughly. Halve the bagel. Spread each bagel with 2 tablespoons cream cheese.

    Cover the bottom side with tomatoes, sprouts and salmon. Season with salt and coarse pepper. Place the top side on top. Arrange bagel on plates.
