Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 l dry white wine
  • 50 g dried cherries
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup

Directions

    Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the pulp and halve the halves. Slowly bring the white wine, vanilla pod, vanilla pulp and cherries to the boil and leave to steep for at least 10 minutes. Serve hot. Decorate with vanilla pod and sweeten with maple syrup to taste
