  • 30 g fresh ginger
  • 1 l Cider
  • 4 Star Anise
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Green drum candy

    Peel the ginger thinly and cut into fine slices. Bring cider, ginger, star anise and rock candy slowly to the boil and let it steep for at least 10 minutes. Pour into glasses
