1.1 Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Squeeze the juice out of the parting skins. Cut the remaining orange in half and squeeze out the juice. Slowly bring red wine, orange juice, orange fillets, cinnamon sticks and cloves to the boil and leave to stand for at least 10 minutes. Serve hot and decorate with cinnamon sticks
