Ingredients

  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 750 ml apple juice
  • 200 ml Elderberry juice
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks

Directions

    Wash the lemon hot, grate dry and peel it spirally. Halve the fruit and squeeze the juice. Slowly bring apple juice, elderberry juice, lemon juice, lemon peel and cinnamon stick to the boil and let it stand for at least 10 minutes. Serve hot and decorate with lemon spiral
