  • 1 l Milk
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 100 g + 2 mint tablets
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3 TSP crushed pistachio kernels

Directions

    Boil up milk and cocoa. Melt 100 g mint tablets in it. Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Fill the cream into a piping bag with star-shaped spout. Pour cocoa into glasses, pour cream on top.

    Cut 2 mint tablets diagonally in half. Decorate cocoa with pistachios and mint bars.
