Waffle burger with raspberry cream and fruit decoration

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 125 g frozen raspberries
  • 200 g Cream curd
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 4 Apricot halves (from the can)
  • 8 fine butter wafers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Let the raspberries thaw. Put about 8 pieces aside for decoration. In the meantime, mix quark, lemon juice and sugar well. Fold in the rest of the raspberries. Peel and slice the kiwis. Cut the apricots into slices.

    Put 1 large portion of quark on each of 4 waffles. Place the second wafer on top. Place another 1 teaspoon of quark on each second wafer. Decorate with prepared fruit and mint. Serve immediately dusted with icing sugar
