  • 1.2 kg Sour cherries
  • 500 g Gelling sugar 2:1
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar

    Cherries wash, pit. Weigh 1 kg of cherries, mix them with jam sugar, cover and leave to soak for 3-4 hours. Bring to the boil while stirring and let it boil fizzily for at least 3 minutes.
