Mix the muesli and half the melon cubes. Pour into tall dessert glasses
Stir curd and milk until smooth. Season to taste with honey. Whip the cream until stiff, pour in vanilla sugar. Fold cream and remaining melon into the honey quark. Pour onto the melon muesli. Decorate with the rest of the muesli, melon balls and melon wedge and possibly lemon balm
