Ingredients

  • 600 ml black currant nectar
  • 150 ml dry red wine
  • 1 package (1 kg) Gelling sugar

Directions

    Mix nectar, red wine and jam sugar in a large pot. Bring to the boil over a high heat while stirring. Boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring constantly.

    Pour the hot jelly into prepared twist-off jars and close them immediately. Leave to cool upside down. Especially delicious with cheese.
