Clean, wash and cut the cucumber into small cubes. Dice ham as well. Mix both. Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into sticks. Wash and shake lettuce leaves dry
Spread 4 baguette slices with 1 tsp. remoulade each and cover with salad. Spread cucumber and ham mixture on top. Add 2 tsp. tartar sauce as a blob
Spread the remaining baguette slices with cream cheese. Spread radish sticks on top. Rinse, cut off and sprinkle with cress if necessary. Arrange the bites and garnish with radish and parsley if necessary.
