Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small pieces. Dice the turkey breast. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the bell peppers and turkey breast for two minutes. Squeeze out the sauerkraut, add and braise for six to eight minutes over a low heat.
Add two to three tablespoons of water. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Break the baguette apart in the middle, hollow it out a bit if necessary and fill it with the sauerkraut mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for six to eight minutes. Serve garnished with parsley as desired
